Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni or topping of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and spread about two tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center of each, leaving a two-inch border.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add your chosen toppings.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla first, then roll from the bottom up, tucking tightly.
  5. Place each wrapped pizza seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before cutting diagonally.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the wraps to prevent leaking. Brush the outside with oil for a crispy texture. Use room temperature ingredients for even cooking.
