- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread about two tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center of each, leaving a two-inch border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add your chosen toppings.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla first, then roll from the bottom up, tucking tightly.
- Place each wrapped pizza seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let rest for 2-3 minutes before cutting diagonally.
Notes
Avoid overfilling the wraps to prevent leaking. Brush the outside with oil for a crispy texture. Use room temperature ingredients for even cooking.
