  • 1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (any flavor)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the entire box of cake mix, two eggs, and 1/3 cup of vegetable oil. Stir until just combined.
  3. If adding mix-ins, fold them in gently.
  4. Drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly underdone.
  6. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
